Approved Temporary Permits This is a listing of all the approved/issued temporary permits in the state of Ohio. Note, this list only lists those permits approved for upcoming events. Once the event is over, the permit information is removed from the site.

Permit Quotas Class C1, C2, D1, D2, D3, D4, D5 permits are issued pursuant to a quota system established by ORC 4303.29. The quota system is based upon the population of each individual city or township. All C class permits are issued per ratio of 1 for every 1,000 persons, with D class permits being issued per ratio of 1 for every 2,000 persons, except in cities of more than 55,000 the D3 ratio is 1 for every 1,500.

Permits in Safekeeping Any permit holder whose permit premises are made unusable for any cause, etc., shall deliver his permit to the Division of Liquor Control for safekeeping. Permits Inactive A listing of those permits made inactive for various reasons. This is updated daily and is an ongoing cumulative report only,for the latest 500 cancellations.

Permits Issued - Today's - New and Transfers This is a listing of New and Transfer Permits issued today.
Permits Over Issued This is a listing of all classes that have an over issued status in the quota system. Please note that this over issuance is either due to a decrease in the population in the past, OR due to the annexation of another city or township into that area.
