Charles is on the State Regulatory Registry Board of Managers, providing oversight for the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System, and is the Vice Chairman of District 2 for the Community Bank Steering Group, Conference of State Bank Supervisors.
Charles holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kent State University and graduated from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin.
