WELCOME TO THE STATE OF OHIO'S ONE-STOP TANK SHOP
Created to better provide Ohio's customers with a one stop process for underground storage tank registration. The One Stop Tank Shop was created in cooperation with the Office of State Fire Marshal, the Ohio Petroleum Underground Storage Tank Release Compensation Board (Petro Board) and the State Emergency Response Commission (SERC), Ohio Environmental Protection Agency.
This site will provide you, the customer, the ability to obtain a permit and/or register their tanks, amend, and change information regarding their site by using a combined form that eliminates duplicate filings with each of the above listed state agencies.

By registering your tanks with One Stop Tank Shop, you will be complying with the registration requirements of the Office of State Fire Marshal, the Petro Board and SERC. This data is shared among these state agencies using file transfer protocol technology providing instant data sharing.
Please Note: Payment of tank registration fees is not the same as payment of annual Petro Board tank assurance fees, which is a separate and distinct obligation under the law.
