PERMITS FOR FLAMMABLE AND COMBUSTIBLE STORAGE UNDERGROUND TANKS
Welcome to State of Ohio's OTTER ON-LINE BUSINESS OFFICE!
To submit an on-line permit application, you will be required to enter a valid Owner ID and password. You will then select a facility from a list of facilities that you own. Complete and submit the permit application and payment on-line. When the payment is processed and approved, the owner and contractor designated on the permit will receive an e-mail notification with the Permit Certificate attached.
Remember, this permit process is for those underground tank systems regulated by the State Fire Marshal's Underground Storage Tank Regulations Chapter 1301:7-9.
