In 1973 the Ohio FAIR Plan Underwriting Association founded the Blue Ribbon Arson Committee (BRAC) comprised of Law Enforcement Officers, Firefighters and Insurance Industry. The SFM FEIB participates with this group in offering a monetary reward for information leading to arrest and prosecution of persons suspected of setting fires.
