Bid Packet Preparation

Prior to the development of an internet web site, the Wage and Hour Division provided wage rates with other paper documents that assisted public authorities in compiling a bid preparation packet. By clicking on each of the following links one can open and print the documents necessary for preparing a bid packet. Once the document has been printed out, the public authority can retain the document as a master copy, making duplicates whenever required.

By clicking on the "view wage rates" icon, one can access and then print out the prevailing wage rates required for their project or jurisdiction. Those who prepare bid packets may want to print out a master file of wage rates and then, upon notification by e-mail, return to this site to update their master file by printing out just the updated rates specified in the e-mail notice.
