Whether you wish or want to express appreciation to an employee of the Division of Liquor Control or whether you desire to express
holiday wishes, the Ohio Department of Commerce, Division of Liquor Control reminds you not to send any gifts
to the Division nor to any of its employees at all.
Division staff are public employees, and are therefore subject to certain restrictions
under the Ohio Ethics Laws. Division staff
cannot and shall not accept anything of value, including but not limited to gifts, travel, meals, or lodging from anyone doing
or seeking to do business with, regulated by, or
interested in matters before, the Division of Liquor Control or any other Division within the Ohio Department of Commerce.
Please do not send any gifts to any of the Division offices at all.
Also, please do not send any gifts to any of the Department of Commerce's individual staff members nor to any of their home addresses at all.
We ask all persons to adhere to these Ohio Ethics Laws.
