NEW LIQUOR PERMITS ISSUED FOR THE PREVIOUS MONTH

The majority of retail liquor permits are available on a quota basis as determined
by population in Section 4303.29
of the Ohio Revised Code. Permit classes other
than C1, C2, D1, D2, D3, D4, and D5, however, are not subject to quota restrictions.
These new issued permits met quota requirements, as well as all legal qualifications
based upon the findings of the division's thorough investigation of both the applicant
and the intended permit premises.
