(COLUMBUS, Ohio) – Garry Savage, Sr., 78, of Naples, Florida, was arraigned in the Erie County Common Pleas Court on Monday after being extradited from Collier County, Florida, where he was arrested April 14 on charges that he defrauded 13 Ohioans.
