Welcome to the Sandbox
In December 2022, Governor Mike DeWine signed into law Senate Bill 249. Senate Bill 249 creates a regulatory sandbox for “novel financial products and services.” Applicants approved to participate in Ohio’s Regulatory Sandbox may test their “novel financial product or service” for a period of up to twenty-four months.
