The Board of Building Standards approves continuing education courses for certified building department personnel required to renew their certification. Board approval is primarily reserved for courses  pertaining to the current OBC, OMC, OPC, and RCO requirements and such other content areas directly related to the responsibilities of the certification for which credit is being requested.
