This certificate is issued to contractors installing and making welded repairs to boilers.

You will need to complete the Boiler Contractor Application.

This permit is issued to a registered contractor that would be installing or making welded repairs to a specific boiler.

You need to complete the Boiler Installation/Repair Permit Application.

9.When should a Boiler Installation/Repair Permit be obtained?

The registered contractor shall obtain the permit prior to installing or performing welded repairs to any boiler.
