All licenses for dealers/brokers expire every two years, specifically on March 31st of every odd numbered year.  Dealers/brokers licenses expire on this date regardless of when the license was obtained. To renew your license click on the Dealer/Broker Renewal Application Launch button. The Division of Real Estate & Professional Licensing no longer accepts paper applications.
