MHP-Approved Training Agencies and Courses

Approved training agencies offer initial licensing education and/or continuing education courses to manufactured home installers and manufactured home inspectors. Before a training agency may offer such courses, the Division of Industrial Compliance must approve both the training agency and the courses. 

Training agency and course approvals are valid for one year and must be renewed annually. To apply for or to renew a training agency or course approval, please contact us at MHProgram@com.ohio.gov or 614-644-2223 option 4.

Ohio Manufactured Homes Association - Installer and Inspector CE (in person on April 5, 2023)

Inspectors may also satisfy up to six (6) hours of their continuing education requirement by completing any BBS-approved continuing education courses or BBS self-study courses (which are free) for building department personnel.
