The Ohio Medical Marijuana Control Program works diligently to ensure cultivators, processors and testing laboratories are operating compliantly. Facilities are monitored regularly, receiving multiple in-person inspections each year. The MMCP continually educates licensees on the Ohio Administrative Code, produces policies and guidance materials,  and offers multiple training sessions.
