Filing a Report on our Website

Use this option only if you want to pay funds via a check.

Step 1. Get the NAUPA file you want to submit.

Step 2. Upload it to our Business Form & Document Upload page.

Step 3. Mail a check to: Ohio Division of Unclaimed Funds 77 High Street, 20th floor Columbus, Ohio 43215-6108

Make sure to put your company FEIN # on the check

Please note, your filing is not complete until you file your report AND send payment of your unclaimed funds. 

If you want to pay funds via ACH transfer or debit card, you must file your report on Ohio Business Gateway.

Step 1. Get the NAUPA file you want to submit. 

Step 2. Submit payment via ACH debit blocker (#1311409347) transfer or credit card via Ohio Business Gateway.
